At EderArgi, we are committed to your satisfaction with every purchase of our Shorts, Tops, T-shirts, and Skirts. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we are here to help.

Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same original condition as received.
  • It must be in its original packaging with all tags attached.
  • You must initiate the return request within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • A valid proof of purchase (order number) is required.

Items that are damaged, altered, washed, or show signs of wear cannot be accepted for a refund.

Non-Refundable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be refunded:

  • Any item marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance" at the time of purchase.
  • Items that have been personalized or customized.

Return Process

  2. Instructions: We will respond promptly with detailed return instructions and a Return Authorization (RA) number, if applicable.
  3. Ship the Item: Please ship the eligible item(s) to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as you are responsible for the item until it reaches our warehouse.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment.
  • Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing. Timing depends on your bank or payment provider.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item shipped).

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process to receive a refund and place a new order for the desired item on our website.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a prepaid return label and expedite a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
