5. Refund & Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided the items are unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Initiation: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
- Condition: Items must be in resalable condition. Final sale items, personalized products, and items damaged due to customer misuse are not eligible for return.
- Refund Process: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- Exchanges: Exchanges for a different size or color are subject to product availability.
