Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email sent to the email address you provided during checkout. This email is your key to tracking and contains all necessary information.

  1. Locate Your Tracking Information: Open the shipping confirmation email from [email protected]. Within the email, you will find a unique tracking number and the name of the carrier (e.g., DHL, FedEx, USPS, etc.) responsible for the delivery.
  2. Use the Tracking Number: Copy the provided tracking number. You can then use it on the carrier's official website or on a universal tracking platform (see recommendation below).
  3. Monitor Your Package: Enter the tracking number on the tracking site to view real-time updates on your package's location and estimated delivery date.

Please note: It may take 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become active and visible in the carrier's system after you receive the shipping confirmation.

  • Paste your tracking number into the main search field on the homepage.

  • You can track multiple packages simultaneously by entering several tracking numbers, separated by commas or line breaks.

What Your Tracking Status Means

  • Label Created/Pre-Shipment: The shipping label has been generated, but the package has not yet been handed over to the carrier.
  • In Transit: Your package is on its way through the carrier's network.
  • Out for Delivery: The package is on the delivery vehicle and will be delivered to your address that day.
  • Delivered: The package has been delivered. If the status shows delivered but you haven't received it, please first check around your delivery location and with household members.
